One class isn't enough to understand what Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can do for you. That's why we give you a full week—unlimited classes—to experience the training, meet the community, and see if this is your path.

Step 1: Sign Up

Step 2: Just Show Up

Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class. Wear comfortable athletic clothes. We'll provide everything else, including a loaner gi if needed.

Step 3: Come Back

Train as much or as little as you want during your week. Morning classes? Evening? Come to one class or come every day. It's your week.

Unlimited Access to All Classes

Kids (ages 3-16), adults, women's only, Gi, No-Gi, fundamentals, advanced - every class on the schedule is open to you for seven full days.

Equipment Provided

We'll provide a loaner gi for your trial week. Just bring yourself, athletic clothes, and a water bottle.

Expert Instruction

Train with our black belt instructors who have direct coral belt lineage from Paulo Coelho. World-class technique, beginner-friendly teaching.

What Happens When You Arrive?

Before Your First Class (Arrive 15 min early):

- Quick paperwork (waiver - takes 2 minutes)

- Meet our team and get a tour of the facility

- Learn basic mat etiquette

- Get oriented on where to change and where to put your stuff

During Class (60-90 minutes):

- Warm-up exercises (we'll guide you through everything)

- Technique instruction and demonstration

- Partner drilling with an experienced, helpful training partner

- Optional live training/sparring (only if you want—zero pressure on day one)

After Class:

- Cool down and questions

- Learn about the schedule for the rest of your week

- That's it. No sales pressure. Come back tomorrow or come back when you're ready.
